And a few things from my personal journal for you guys:
“homage to julian”
a poem by justin snyder
There was this little child trapped underneath loads of cement with only a spoon in his hand.
From the weight of the debris he was unable to clear space in his lungs to scream or talk to make any noise.
There was a window of light and the child kept banging his spoon against the glass hoping that someone would hear the sound and find him.
The spoon made the most radiant sound that anyone have ever heard. You could hear it ringing for miles.
It was sooo beautiful that people reached up to grab the air.
They never found the boy, he never got out of the rubble.
But man that sound. That sound he made. It filled the country side with beauty.

The first is Quentin Tarintino giving a review of Taxi Driver and the 2nd is a scene from Bufallo 66 that played a big part in my inspirations to film years ago.
Have a wonderfull 2010 and feel free to leave your comments!
